Manual Setup Instructions
If the button above doesn't work, you can manually enable notifications in your browser:
On Desktop
Chrome, Edge, or Brave:
- Look for the bell icon or lock icon in the address bar
- Click on it and select "Allow notifications" or "Permissions"
- Toggle notifications to "Allow"
- You'll receive a confirmation that notifications are enabled
Firefox:
- Click the lock icon in the address bar
- Find "Receive Notifications" in the permissions menu
- Select "Allow" from the dropdown
- Refresh the page if needed
Safari (macOS):
- Go to Safari → Settings (or Preferences)
- Click on the "Websites" tab
- Select "Notifications" from the sidebar
- Find birds.chat and select "Allow"
